井口坐封式内管法注水泥工具的研制与应用

摘　　要：针对内管法注水泥装置安装于套管串底部,存在坐封困难、结构复杂、密封效果差、操作工艺繁琐等缺陷,充分考虑内管法注水泥技术的工艺特点及对注水泥工具的技术要求,研制了一种井口坐封式内管法注水泥工具。详细介绍了井口坐封式内管法注水泥工具的结构与工作原理、技术特点及使用方法,分析了研制过程中解决关键问题的方法。现场应用表明,该工具能够满足井口坐封内管法注水泥技术的需要。For inner-string cementing, because cementing equipment is in the bottom of casing string, there exist a lot of technical defects, including difficult in sealing, complex structure, complicated operations, poor sealing results. A novel inner-sting cementing tool with sealing at wellhead is developed considering the characteristics of inner-string cementing and the requirements on cementing tools. The structure, working principles, technical features, and using method was introduced in detail. In situ applications show that the tool can meet demands of inner-string cementing operations with wellhead sealing.
