井下水力喷砂压裂工具典型结构及应用

摘　　要：对于低渗透水平井,水力喷砂压裂是一种有效的增产技术,它集合了水力喷射和水力压裂的优点,可以定向射孔,无需机械封隔。介绍了水力喷砂压裂系统的构成、施工工艺及其特点。着重介绍了目前国外典型的水力喷砂压裂工具,阐明了国外喷射器结构及其连接方式的发展,国外所使用两种典型工具的结构、作用及其操作步骤,并对这两种井下水力喷砂压裂工具的应用进行了介绍,说明了其适用性。并对国内所使用的典型水力喷砂压裂工具进行了介绍,给出了工具中关键部件喷射器的基本结构,并联系国内现场实际的应用情况,说明了水力喷砂压裂是一种有效的增产技术措施。最后建议,国内研制井下水力喷砂压裂工具时,应对喷嘴减磨和参数优化进行进一步研究。For low permeability horizontal wells, sand jet fracturing is an effective stimulation tech- nique which combines the advantages hydraulic jetting and hydraulic fracturing, and can be used for orient-ated perforation without mechanical packer. This paper introduces sand jet fracturing＇s system structure, technique and features. This paper focused typical sand jet fracturing used in foreign countries and introduced in detail the development of jet structure and connection and its application procedures. The application of two typical sand jet fracturing tools was introduced. A typical domestic sand jet fracturing tool is introduced. The basic structure of jet was introduced. The field applications indicate that sand jet fractu ring is effective in improving production. Finally it suggested that jet abrasion reduction and parameter op timization should be investigated for future research.
