摘  要:以新疆吐鲁番野生刺山柑果实为原料,分别比较了不同乙醇浓度、料液比、超声时间对刺山柑总黄酮的提取率的影响,以正交试验进行筛选分析,选择最佳的提取条件;利用静态及动态吸附-洗脱试验筛选出提取效果较好的大孔树脂对刺山柑总黄酮进行分离。结果表明,在室温下以乙醇浓度为70%、超声时间为60 min、料液比1∶20时提取效果最佳。静态吸附-洗脱试验筛选出H103、X-5和AB-8树脂对总黄酮的分离效果较好,从动态分离黄酮的实验表明H103型大孔树脂分离效果最佳,总黄酮含量达到63.98%。This study was conducted to compare the effects of different concentration of alcohol,different solid-liquid ratio and different ultrasonic time on extraction rate of total flavonoid from Capparis spinosa L. taking the wild fruit of Capparis spinosa L. in Turpan as experiment material. The orthogonal experiment was analyzed to select the best extract condition. The macroporous resin was used to separate the flavonoids. The alcohol concetration at the room temperature were 70 0% ultrasonic time was 613 minutes and solid-liquid ratio was 1 : 20 at room temperature. In static absorption-elution test, the better resin of H103,X-5 and AB-8 were screened out to fit the dynamic test. The resin of H103 was the best one for separate flavonoid in the dynamic absorption-elution test. Extracting total flavonoid of Capparis spinosa L. is available in orthogonal experimental. H103 was the best resin for separate flavonoid, and the total flavonoid reached 63.98%.
