摘　　要：介绍了煤气化装置中洗涤塔的设计,着重叙述了设备的工艺功能、结构确定、材料选择、强度计算以及锥形封头结构优化设计等内容,可为同类设备的设计提供参考。In this article, the design of washing column used in coal gasification plant was introduced. The process function of the equipment, the determination of the structure, the selection of the materials, the calculation of the strength and the optimum design of the conical head were emphatically described, which can be referenced in the design of the same kind equipment.
