环氧树脂改性丙烯酸自动沉积涂料的研究

摘　　要：以改性环氧树脂、甲基丙烯酸、苯乙烯、分子量调节剂等单体为主要原料,聚合生成了环氧-丙烯酸酯乳液。将所得的乳液与炭浆、氢氟酸和抗氧化剂等以一定的比例配成稳定的且具有反应活性的汽车底漆,并对钢板进行了涂装,得到附着力达1级,铅笔硬度为3H,抗苯乙烯时间达24h以上甚至108h,耐盐雾时间达350h的漆膜,并就环氧树脂含量对新型乳液综合性能、新底漆漆膜的厚度、抗有机溶剂时间和耐盐雾时间的影响进行了讨论。An acrylate eopolymer emulsion with epoxy resin was synthesized using E-51,MAA, ST, regulators of molecular weight as monomers. A stable and reactive auto-mobile coating was than obtained by mixing the latex with a eertain proportion of carbon black slurry, hydrofluoric acid and antioxidant. It was painted on a steel plate, and the auto-deposition coating film had shown good performance： a） adhesion strength to the metal substrate was grade 1; b） the pencil hardness test was 3H; c） the time of organic solvent resistance reached to 24 hours even to 108 hours; d） corrosion resistant property with salt spay test was more than 350 hours. The influence of the quantity of epoxy resin on comprehensive performance of new emulsion and new coating film were discussed.
