流动相对杀虫单的检测影响研究

摘  要:杀虫单属沙蚕毒类农药,是一种安全、高效、广谱性杀虫剂,具有胃毒、触杀、内吸和薰蒸作用。本文在国家标准(高效液相色谱法)的基础上结合生产的实际情况,对杀虫单高效液相色谱检测过程中影响因素进行调整和优化。研究了流动相pH值、流动相组成及流动相中盐浓度对检测方法的影响。当pH值为7、流速为0.8mL/min、盐浓度为3.2g/L、纯水为流动相,在波长242nm情况下检测杀虫单含量可以满足实际生产的需要,结果准确可靠。Monosultap belonged to nereistoxin pesticide is a kind of safe, highly etticient, broad-spectrum insecticide with the actions of stomach toxicity, touch out, systemic and fumigation. In this paper, on the basis of national standards and according to the conditon actual production the influence factors in the test process of monosultap with high efficiency liquid chromatography were adjusted and optimized. The effects of pH, composition, salt concentration of mobile phase were researched. The test result of monosultap content is accurate and credible when pH 7, flow rate is 0. 8mL/min, salt concentration is 3. 2g/L, mobile phase is aqua pure. The result can satisfy the need of actual production.
