摘 要:这里设计了一款与标准CMOS工艺兼容的基准电压源,该电路应用了高阶曲率补偿,具有很高的温度稳定性。采用0.35μm BSIM 3V3 CMOS工艺,使用Cadence Spectre软件仿真得出:输出电压1.174 V,在-40^+100℃范围内,温度系数仅2 ppm/℃,最大功耗不超过110μW,最低工作电压1.6 V,可应用于14位Pipeline ADC中。A bandgap voltage reference which is compatible with standard CMOS process is proposed. The circuit has a high temperature stability which adopts high order curvature compensation. Based on 0.35μm BSIM 3v3 CMOS technology, Cadence Spectre simulation shows that the output voltage is 1.174V, temperature coefficient of the bandgap voltage reference is only 2 ppm/℃ over the temperature range is -40- +100℃ and the total static power consumption is no more than 110 μW. This proposed bandgap voltage reference which can operate at a minimum supply voltage of 1.6 V,it also can be applied in a 14 bit pipeline ADC.
