摘　　要：电讯营业厅的公用计算机面向的用户比较复杂,一直受到各种安全隐患的威胁。进行常规保护之后,如何控制浏览器成为最关键的问题。在此提出,要完全控制、限制IE并不现实,而利用网页浏览控件WebBrowser开发专用的浏览器,能有效地控制用户浏览网页的行为,防止非法操作。这里提供了实现方法和相应的系统保护策略。实践证明,基于WebBrowser专用浏览器易用、安全、稳定、可靠,能有效地保护电讯营业厅的公用计算机。In telecommunication sevice hall, the public computers faced complex users and sufferd the danger of potential risks. The key issues is control the browser at present. To control and restrict the browser completely are unrealistic, however, the special browser is designed based on WebBorowser which can control the users＇ behavior of browsing Internet and avoid the illegal operations. The way of implementation and system protection strategy are given. The results show that webBrowser is feasible,security,stable and reliable,it can protect the public computers of telecommunication sevice hall efficiently.
