摘　　要：ASP.NET AJAX技术能提高Web应用程序的交互能力和开发效率。对通用办公自动化系统进行研究,描述ASP.NET AJAX框架的特点,并采用该技术设计实现基于B/S架构的通用办公自动化系统。系统实现了个人事务管理、公文管理、系统管理等功能。实际运行表明,采用该技术设计的系统响应速度快,执行效率高,并能有效改善用户的交互体验。ASP. NET AJAX technology can enhance the interactive ability of Web application and improve the development efficiency. The general office automation system, the characteristics of ASP. NET AJAX technology are studied, and the technical is adopted to design the office automation system based on B/S structure. The OA system realizes some features：document management,personnel information management, system management and so on. Practical operation shows that the system responses quickly, runs effectively and improves the user＇s interactive experience.
