摘　　要：文章针对我国慈善捐助理念、慈善组织建设、社会诚信体系、慈善事业相关法规的问题,提出了强化教育,更新慈善理念;发展创新,健全慈善捐助运行机制;妥善管理,开发募捐款物价值;加快立法,完善社会捐助法律体系的相关对策。This article aimes at social charity theory, social chartiy organization construction, social credits system, social charity related regulation and problem, brings up its own opinion about how to strengthen education system, update social charity theo ry, develop the running proccess of the social charity system ; Also to well-arrange the charity managment system and to develop the value system of donation goods. In the meantime to accelerate legislation proccess and enhance the related strategies about the social charity policy.
