老年糖尿病患者拔牙的围手术期治疗体会

摘　　要：目的:总结老年糖尿病患者施行拔牙术围手术期处理经验。方法:对700例并存糖尿病的老年患者控制血糖后施行拔牙手术,并对该类患者的围手术期治疗进行分析和总结。结果:700例患者均安全度过围手术期,手术时间(注射局麻至离开椅位)10-40分钟,平均15分钟,无心脑血管意外事件发生,未出现糖尿病严重并发症。结论:糖尿病患者施行拔牙手术,要高度重视围手术期治疗,减少心、脑血管等意外事件和糖尿病严重并发症的发生,促进拔牙伤口愈合,提高患者生活质量。Objective： To investigate the treatment of perioperative period on aged arrachemental patients with diabetes. Methods： The retrospective analysis was taken on clinical data of 700 middle aged and aged cases with diabetes, which have local teeth needing to be pulled out. Results： The average operative time lasted 10-40 minutes.The level of blood glucose was controlled very well during the perioperative period,all 700 aged cases recovered without any severe complications. Conclusions： In order to prevent complications, it is very important for the aged patients to monitor and to control the levels of blood glucose during perioperative period.
