摘　　要：目的:总结放射性粒子植入治疗颌面部恶性肿瘤的护理体会。方法:对62例接受放射性粒子植入治疗颌面部恶性肿瘤患者的护理进行回顾分析。结果:术前各方面健康指导,给予严密观察病情变化,及时处理患者术后并发症,做好心理护理,62例患者均顺利完成粒子植入,无任何并发症发生,成功率为100%。结论:正确合理的护理是放射性粒子植入术治疗颌面部恶性肿瘤的一个重要环节。Objective： To summarize the nursing care of patients with oral and maxillofacial malignant tumors treated by radioactive seed implantation. Methods： 64 patients diagnosed as oral and maxillofacial malignant tumors and undergone radioactive seed implantation in our hospital from January 2008 to May 2009 were selected. The preoperative nursing, postoperative condition data, complication data were collected and reviewed. Results： after preoperative health guidance, accurate observation on postoperative patient＇s condition, effective solution for postoperative complication and psychological nursing care, the brachytherapy in 62 cases were completely successful, with no complication detected. Conclusion： Reasonable nursing care is one of the most essential parts in brachytherapy by radioactive seed implantation treating patients with oral and maxillofacial malignant tumors
