河南产业集聚区建设中存在的问题与对策

摘　　要：产业集群是未来产业发展的主要趋势。作为其有效实现载体,河南把产业集聚区作为优化经济结构、转变发展方式、实现集约发展的基础工程进行建设,并取得初步成效。调查发现,河南目前大多数集聚区还处于发展的初级阶段,其产业的选择与发展还存在一些偏差和问题。基于此,文章按照产业集聚区产业集群化发展的理念,从产业集聚区软硬环境优化、主导产业选择、产业分工与协作、支持网络体系四个方面,提出相应措施与对策。Industrial cluster is a main trend of development of industry in the future. As its available plat- form, industrial agglomeration region is boosting which is considered as a foundational project to optimize economic structures and change developmental manners and realize intensive development in Henan. Based on the inquiry, it is found that development of industrial agglomeration region is still in the initial stage and followed with some issues. According to the ideas of industrial clustering, then, some countermeasures are put forward, such as building of environment, and selecting of dominant industry, and division and cooperation of industry, and supporting of network system.
