摘　　要：当前,大学毕业生的就业难问题已引起各级政府的空前重视和社会各界的普遍关注。文章分析了大学毕业生就业难的现状,探讨了大学生就业难的根源所在,指出了大学毕业生就业面临的机遇,进而提出了促进大学毕业生就业的一些基本途径。Nowadays, graduate employment has become a hot social problem which gains increasingly concern from the government and society. In this paper, some obstacles in the graduate employment market were analyzed. Then, the causes of the difficulty and the key to the problem were discussed. Finally, the opportunities of graduate employment were pointed out and some countermeasures for promoting graduate employment were proposed.
