摘　　要：选取40个国内公共图书馆为样本,通过网上调查的方法,对其数字参考咨询服务的开展情况进行调查分析,指出目前公共图书馆数字参考咨询服务存在的问题,并提出一些建议。This paper investigates the development status of the digital reference service of Chinese public libraries by using an Intemet survey of 40 samples. And it then analyzes some problems existing in the digital reference service, and puts forward some suggestion to solve these problems.
