摘  要:应用小波包具有良好的频域分频特性,以适当频率带宽对配电网发生单相接地故障后各条线路的相电流故障分量进行分解,得到其在不同频段下的输出,按照能量最大的观点自适应地确定线路健全相的暂态故障电流分布最集中的特征频带,并根据特征频带内重构后的故障相与健全相之间能量比值的大小判断线路为故障或健全。大量基于PSCAD和MATLAB的仿真试验表明,该选线方法可以正确判别故障线路和健全线路,且具有较高的灵敏度。By virtue of the good property of frequency division of wavelet packets, the phase currents of feeders of a distribution network with a single phase to ground fault, are decomposed to obtain the outputs of different frequency bands. The feature frequency band of each line, in which the distribution of the transient current of the healthy phase is most concentrated, is adaptively chosen according to the view of maximum energy. The state of each line is judged with the ratio of the energy of the faulty phase to the energy of the healthy phase. Simulation in PSCAD and analysis in MATLAB prove that this scheme can distinguish the faulty feeder from the healthy feeder correctly with higher sensitiveness.
