摘　　要：依据对呋喃树脂砂生产大型铸铁件的特性分析,阐述了用呋喃树脂砂生产大型铸铁件的铸造工艺要点与关键工序的过程质量控制。通过介绍几种典型大型铸铁件用呋喃树脂砂生产的实例,具体说明了用呋喃树脂砂生产大型铸铁件质量的控制原则。The key points of foundry technology and quality control of important process for large iron casting with furan resin-bonded sand was presented in detail, based on its technological characteristic analysis. According to the production practice of several typical large-size iron castings, the principle of quality control for large-size iron casting with furan resin-bonded sand was described.
