摘  要:目的:建立地黄寡糖的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱(TLC)法对方中的水苏糖进行定性鉴别;以高效液相色谱法测定梓醇及高分子物质的含量,干燥失重法测定干物质含量,苯酚-硫酸法测定寡糖含量。结果:TLC斑点清晰,分离度好;梓醇进样量在5~80μg(r=0.9975)范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系,平均回收率为98.5%,RSD=1.28%(n=6);高分子物质的含量≤2.0%;干物质含量为18.0~22.0g·L-1;寡糖含量均>85.0%。结论:所建标准可用于地黄寡糖的质量控制。OBJECTIVE: To establish the quality standard of Dihuang guatang. METHODS: The quality of stachyose in Dihuang guatang was identified by TLC.The contents of catalpol and high- molecular substance were determined by HPLC.The content of dry substance was determined by drying method. The content of oligosaceharides was determined by phenol- sulfuric acid method. RESULTS: The TLC spots of stachyose were distinctive and well- isolated. The linear relationship of catalpol was good in the range of 5-80μg( r = 0.997 5) with an average recovery of 98.5% (RSD = 1.28%, n = 6). The content of high- molecular substances was less than 2.0% .The content of dry substance was 18.0-22.0 g· L^- 1.The content of oligosaccharides was more than 85.0%. CONCLUSION: The established quality standard can be used for the quality control of Dihuang guatang.
