摘  要:目的建立电感耦合等离子体质谱法同时测定尿液中的16种微量元素,比较高血压患者与正常人尿液中微量元素含量存在的差异。方法样品经质量分数为5%的硝酸溶液稀释后进样分析,将测定结果进行主成分分析与判别分析。结果在所研究的质量浓度范围内,16种微量元素线性关系良好(r〉0.9990),检出限为2-143ng·L^-1,仪器精密度为0.3%-3.7%,日内精密度为0.8%-3.9%,日间精密度为1.8%-5.3%,回收率为88%-107%。结论该方法适用于尿液中微量元素的高通量、快速分析。用建立的方法对高血压患者与正常人尿样进行分析,结果表明:高血压患者与正常人体内微量元素存在显著性差异。Objective To establish an ICP-MS method for the determination of sixteen trace elements in urine of hypertensive patients and healthy people. Methods The urine samples were centrifugated and diluted by 5% (w)HNO3 prior to analysis. The experimental data were further analyzed by the principal component and classification method. Results The calibration curves showed linearity over the study of the concentration range(r〉0.9990). The limit of determination was between 2 to 143 ng·L^-1. The precision of instrument was between 0.3% and 3.7%. The intraday and interday precisions were in the range of 0.8% - 3.9% and 1.8% - 5.3% ,respectively. The spiked recoveries were between 88% and 107%. Conclusions The method is simple, rapid and sensitive, and suitable for determination of trace element in urine. The method can be applied in the determination of the concentration of trace elements in hypertensive patients and healthy sub-jects. There is a clear differentiation of trace elements between healthy people and hypertensive patients.
