摘 要:目的探索用于血管介入的聚乙烯醇缩甲醛泡沫材料的制备。方法以聚乙烯醇、甲醛、淀粉、十二烷基磺酸钠和浓硫酸为原料,采用分步合成的方法合成了聚乙烯醇缩甲醛泡沫材料,并对其反应条件进行研究。结果建立了发泡度、反应温度、甲醛用量及酸度等最佳反应条件,制备出性能最优的聚乙烯醇缩甲醛泡沫材料。结论采用最佳反应条件可制备出性能最优的、用于血管介入的聚乙烯醇缩甲醛泡沫材料。Objective The aim of the study was to prepare polyvinyl formal foam for vascular intervention and to explore its optimum reaction conditions. Methods With polyvinyl alcohol, formaldehyde, starch, sodium dodeeyl sulfate and concentrated sulfuric acid as raw materials and with synthesis, polyvinyl formal foam was synthesized and its reaction conditions were studied. Results The optimum reaction conditions such as the foam degrees, the reaction temperature, the amount of formaldehyde and acidity were created and polyvinyl formal foam with the optimum performance was prepared. Conclusions Polyvinyl formal foam with the highest performance for use in vascular intervention can be prepared with the optimum reaction conditions.
