摘 要:目的应用实时三维超声显示二尖瓣的结构、形态及功能状态,以评价二尖瓣病变。方法随机选择我院61例二尖瓣病变患者,常规二维超声心动图检查二尖瓣结构、形态及功能状态,再应用实时三维超声显示二尖瓣的结构、形态,并以手术所见进行对比研究证实。结果实时三维超声心动图能够在常规二维超声心动图检查的基础上提供更多信息,且对二尖瓣病变部位定位更加准确。结论三维超声结合二维超声心动图能准确的显示二尖瓣病变,可以作为外科手术重要的术前检测手段。Objective To evaluate the mitral-valve disease with real-time three dimension (3D) ultracardiography by analyzing the structure, morphologic and functional condition of mitral valve. Methods 61 mitral valve disease in patients were taken into examination, the structure, morphologic and functional condition of mitral valve were checked by traditional dimension (2D) ultracardiography, followed by three dimension ultracardiography, and proved with cardiac surgery. Results Real-time 3D ultracardiography provided more important information on the basis of 2D ultracardiography. It could locate the lesion more accurately than that of 2D. Conclusion Combination of 3D and 2D ultracardiography could accurately evaluate the mitral valve disease, which was an important preoperational tool for heart surgery.
