超声在地震伤员急救中的地位与作用

摘　　要：目的评价超声在汶川大地震紧急救援中的地位与作用。方法回顾性分析地震发生后1周内经超声检查,并经手术、CT、随访等证实的1275例病例的临床资料。结果1275例地震伤患者中肝挫裂5例,脾破裂7例,胰腺挫伤1例,肾挫裂伤4例,胃肠及系膜动脉病变7例,膈疝1例,腹股沟疝2例,膀胱破裂4例,盆腹腔积液51例,胸腔积液36例,阑尾炎2例,阴茎睾丸损伤7例,皮下及肌肉层血肿3例。结论超声在地震伤后有利于伤员快速筛查,判断胸腹腔游离液体和腹腔脏器损伤特异性较高,利于地震伤的及时准确诊断和治疗方式的选择。Objective To evaluation the role of ultrasonography in emergercy medical rescue at Wenehuan earth-quake. Methods To retrospectively analyze of 1275 patients by ultrasonography within 1 week after the earthquake. Results Among the 1275 patients, 5 cases was diagnosed as liver laceration, 7 cases as spleen rupture, 1 case as pancreas contusion,4 cases as renal contusion, 7 cases as gastrointestinal and mesangial arterial disease, 1 ease as diaphragmatic hermia, 2 cases as inguinal hermia, 4 cases as bladder rupture, 51 cases as pelvic or abdominal effusion, 36 cases as pleural effusion, 2 cases as appendicitis, 7 cases as testicular and penis injury and 3 cases as subcutaneous and muscle layer hematoma. Conclusions Ultrasonography help to rapid screening the injured after earthquake.
