血府逐瘀口服液中芍药苷含量的测定

摘　　要：目的建立血府逐瘀口服液中芍药苷含量测定的方法。方法用RP—HPLC法测定血府逐瘀口服液中芍药苷的含量，固定相为ZORBAXSB-C18柱（4．6×250mm，5μm）；流动相为乙腈：甲醇：1％冰醋酸（5：24：71）；流速：1．0ml／min；柱温：25℃；检测波长：240nm。结果芍药苷含量测定的线性范围是0．3847．68vg，r＝0．9998，平均加样回收率是101．96％，RSD＝3．77％。结论该方法简便易行，结果准确，可用于血府逐瘀口服液中芍药苷的含量测定。Objective To set up an antiphase high performance liquid chromatography for determination of peoniflorin in Xuefuzhuyu liquor. Methods The condition of determination was optimized. The static phase was C18（5μm,4. 6 × 250mm）and mobile phase was acetonitrile-methanol-1% glacial acetic acid（5：24： 71）that was used at 25℃ with a flow rate of 1.0 ml. min-1. The detection wavelength was 240nm. Results The liaearity, coefficient and the average recovery were 0. 384-7.68μg , 0. 9998 and 101.96%, respectively. Conclusion This is a simple and accurate detection method for the quality control of peoniflorin in Xuefuzhuyu liquor.
