不同孕期孕妇心理状态的调查分析

摘　　要：目的调查不同孕期孕妇心理健康状况，为孕期保健提供依据。方法对286名怀孕8～32周的孕期妇女进行心理问题调查和SCL-90测定，并对不同孕期孕妇进行比较。结果不同孕期孕妇的心理问题调查显示：担心胎儿的生长情况各组差异没有统计学意义（P〉0．05），其他各项的调查结果差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。SCL-90各因子分的测定表明：躯体化、强迫症状、抑郁和焦虑的因子分差异有显著性意义（P〈0．05），其他各分量的因子分差异没有显著性意义（P〉0．05）。结论不同孕期孕妇存在的心理问题各不相同，晚孕组的心理健康状况比早孕组和中孕组差，所以在实际的孕妇心理保健上要考虑不同孕期的差异，针对不同孕期的孕妇进行相应的心理干预措施，缓解孕妇的心理压力，改善孕期妇女的生活质量，真正做到优生优育。Objective To investigate psychological health and to provide the basis for pregnancy health care. Methods status of pregnant women with different pregnancy phase Questionnaire of psychological problems and symptom checklist 90 （SCL-90） were administered to 286 different pregnant women with 8-32 weeks of gestation. Results Investigation of different pregnant women＇s psychological problems showed there was no statistical significance in worries about fetal growth （P〉0.05） and other results had statistical significance among groups （P〈0. 05）. The analysis on scores of SCL-90 showed there was statistical significance in scores of somatization, obsessive-compulsiveness, depression and anxiety（P〈0. 05） and other scores had no statistical significance among groups（P〉0. 05）, Conclusions The different pregnant women had different psychological problems. Psychological state of late pregnancy group was worse than that of other groups. Different pregnancy phase shound be considered in psychological health care of pregnant women. On the different pregnancy phase of women, corresponding interventional measures were put forward to alleviate the press of pregnant women. It may improve the life quality of pregnant women and implement the real preootency.
