摘 要:采用水/OP-10/正己醇/环己烷微乳液体系,以Ba(OH)2.8H2O和钛酸四丁酯为反应起始物,常压下,低温一步制备BaTiO3纳米粉体。研究了反应温度、表面活性剂浓度、反应物浓度及ω值等参数对产物的影响。结果表明:该方法制备出的BaTiO3纳米粉体粒径较小,具有较好的分散度;65℃为微乳体系制备BaTiO3纳米粉体的最佳温度;晶粒平均大小通过测定XRD-衍射线宽化效应,利用谢乐公式进行计算,结果表明ω值对粒径的大小有决定性影响,当体系ω值为11时,平均粒径为18 nm左右,当ω值增大至17时,产物的平均粒径增大至35 nm左右;拉曼分析表明样品中存在四方相结构。Barium titanate nanoparticles were synthesized in microemulsion consisting of water, OP-10, hexanol and eyclohexane under atmospheric pressure and low temperature, with Ba(OH)2·8H2O and tetrabutyl titanate were used as starting reactants. Influences of reacting temperature, molar ratio of water to surfaetant, the concentration of reactants and the ω value on the synthetic reaction were researched. The results show that the prepared nanoparticles have good rnonodispersity and are small in size; 65 ℃ is the proper temperature for the synthesis; the average grain size of the powders that were estimated from X-ray line broadening measurements according to the Scherrer formula shows that the co value has a tremendous impact on the average grain size. The raman spectra reveals that the obtained BaTiO3 have a mixed cubic and tetragonal phase structure.
