摘 要:研究了石灰石、矿渣、石膏和少量熟料制备的石灰石基少熟料水泥中原料组成含量对水泥强度、凝结时间及标准稠度等物理性能的影响规律。研究发现在石灰石最高掺量不超过65%的情况下可以制备符合国家GB/T 3183—2003《砌筑水泥》标准的石灰石基少熟料水泥。该水泥的强度随石灰石掺量增加、矿渣掺量的减少而下降,同时标准稠度也随之减少,凝结时间缩短。与通常的硅酸盐类水泥不同,熟料在石灰石基少熟料水泥中主要起碱性激发作用,适宜的掺量为7%左右。适宜的碱度有利于该水泥强度的发展,而过高的碱度对其强度增长不利。The effect of material composition of the limestone-based cement with few clinke on cement strength, setting time,standards of consistency and other physical properties for the cement that was maded of limestone, slag, gypsum and a small amount of clinker was investigated. The research shows that the limestone-based cement which is in line with the national GB/T3183-2003 "masonry cement" standards can be prepared in the case of not exceeding 65 % of limestone. The strength of cement would reduce when the content of limistone is increased as well as the content of slag is reduced, at the same time, the standardized consistency and setting time of cement would be shortented. Different with the Portland cement, the clinker mainly plays alkaline excitation in the limestone-based cement system, the optimum mixing volume of cement is about 7%. Suitable alkalinity is favorable to the strength development of the cement. While too high alkalinity is unfavourable to its intensity.
