摘　　要：首先分析了全球性城市服务业发展的一般背景和内部结构演变趋势;其次,探讨了如何合理评估上海当前的产业结构水平,如何在规划上海未来产业发展时引入城市产业功能分类法,以及在选择重点发展产业时应采用的三个基准;最后,讨论了上海服务业远期发展中面临的若干结构性难题。In this paper, firstly, we analyze the general background and the evolution trend of internal structure of global cities＇ service industry. Secondly, we explore how to evaluate the industrial structure of Shanghai, and how to introduce urban industrial function classification in the planning of Shanghai＇s future industrial development, as well as three standards for choosing major industries. Finally, we discussed some structural problems in the long-term development of shanghai service industries.
