摘 要:尽管物流园区规划在我国已走过近10年的发展历程,但由于物流及物流园区问题本身的复杂性,加上其与"中国特色"的批发市场、保税物流之间剪不断、理还乱的关系,今天人们对它的认识仍然存在着诸多模糊、甚至是误区之处,亟待澄清。基于多年来从事物流及物流园区规划研究的体会,特别是深圳两轮物流园区规划及物流用地标准研究的工作经历,结合国情,试就物流园区规划中几个最基本的问题给出自己的认识和理解,以期为我国近来掀起的新一轮物流园区规划热潮提供借鉴。Although the planning for logistic parks has been practiced in China for about ten years, essential questions still exist or emerge, partly because of the complexity of the logistics and logistic parks, and partly because of the close relationships with the Chinese characterized wholesale market and the bonded logistic parks. Based on my personal experiences of working on the logistic park planning in Shenzhen since 1999, I would like to share my under-standing about the essential questions of planning for the logistic parks, including the purposes, characteristics, size, location and the relationship with warehous- es etc.
