摘　　要：分析了52K铣床床身铸造过程中裂纹产生的原因,通过采用结构钢焊条电弧冷焊工艺,成功修复了生产过程中铸铁件的裂纹且经济适用,对生产实践有较好的指导作用。The causes of crack are presented which appear during 52K milling machine bed is founding, and come to a conclusion that it is successful and affordahle while repairing casting crack of 52K milling machine hy structural steel electrode arc cold-welding technique, h has shown a great directive function for production practice.
