基质金属蛋白酶-9基因多态性与妊娠高血压疾病的关系研究

摘　　要：目的:研究基质金属蛋白酶-9基因C1562T(MMP-9C-1562T)多态性与妊娠高血压疾病的相关性。方法:应用变性高效液相色谱法和限制性片段长度多态性分析方法分别检测71妊娠高血压疾病患者和66名正常孕妇的基质金属蛋白酶9基因C-1562T多态性。结果:MMP-91562CC基因型及C等位基因频率在妊娠高血压疾病组和对照组间的分布有统计学差异。结论:基质金属蛋白酶9基因C-1562T多态性可能是构成妊高征的独立遗传性危险因子。Objective：To investigate the association between pregnancy induced hypertension and genomic polymorphism of matrix metalloproteinase-9 （C1562T）.Methods： A study group of 82 patients with pregnancy induced hypertension and control group of 102 health pregnant women were recruited in the study. Denaturing high performance liquid chromatography （DHPLC） and polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism （PCR-RFLP） were used for detecting the gene polymorphism of MMP-9 -C1562T. Results： The results of individual polymorphism analysis showed that the frequency of C/T genotype and 1562T allele of MMP-9 gene of pregnancy induced hypertension patients were significantly lower than that of the control group. Conclusion： The present findings suggest that the genetic polymorphism in MMP-9 promoter（ C-1562T） is associated with the susceptibility to pregnancy induced hypertension in pregnant woman.
