健康教育对3级督导点服药的肺结核患者遵医行为的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨健康教育对在3级督导点服药的肺结核患者遵医行为的影响情况。方法:选择58例3级督导点治疗的肺结核患者,随机分为观察组(n=30)和对照组(n=28),观察组实施系统的健康教育,对照组不施加任何教育。半年后对两组患者在规律服药、养成良好的个人生活行为、按时检查等方面的遵医行为进行调查。结果:观察组遵医行为明显提高,养成良好的生活行为明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论:健康教育能提高在3级督导点服药的肺结核患者遵医行为,使患者完成半年疗程服药后,能达到治愈;健康教育能使肺结核患者养成良好的个人生活行为,对预防肺结核,阻断肺结核的传播途径起到重要的作用。Objective：To explore the effect of health education on medical compliance of pulmonary tuberculosis patients at the third surpervision site. Methods： Selected 58 pulmonary tuberculosis cases treated at the third surpervision site,and randomly separated into observation group （n=30） with systematic healthy education and control group without education （n=28）. Observed the medical compliance behaviour in both groups including regular administration,good personal living habits,examination on time,and so on.Results： The medical compliance behaviour was more significantly satisfactory in observation group, with more patients forming good habits. Conclusion： Healthy education can help pulmonary tuberculosis patients to form good habits, and plays important role in preventing pulmonary tuberculosis and blocking transmission.
