摘　　要：目的:探讨泪囊肿瘤的螺旋CT表现及其诊断价值。方法:对11例泪囊肿瘤患者行轴位和冠状位CT扫描,结合手术病理分析其CT表现。结果:11例中泪囊癌3例,泪囊混合瘤1例,泪囊炎性假瘤2例,泪囊囊肿5例,其中3例合并感染。结论:螺旋CT扫描能很好地显示泪囊肿瘤的形态、大小、范围及其与周围结构的毗邻关系,结合临床,能初步确定病变性质,对临床诊疗提供重要图像依据。Objective：To explore the value of spiral CT in the diagnosis of lacrimal sac tumor. Methods： Axial and coronal CT scan were performed on 11 cases of lacrimal sac tumor,the images were analyzed together with pathological reports. Results： Of the 11 cases,3 were confirmed as lacrimal sac carcinoma,1 mixed tumor,2 inflammatory pseudotumor,and 5 cysts,of which,3 cases were complicated with infection. Conclusion：Spiral CT plays an important role in revealing the morphological changes, size and the neighboring structures, its images can help to judge whether the tumors are malignant or mild.
