心理护理在喉癌术中的应用

摘　　要：目的:了解喉癌患者术前心理状况,探讨心理护理方式及其对患者的影响。方法:对48例喉癌患者随机分组,实验组实行常规护理和心理护理,对照组仅实行常规护理;了解患者术前心理状况(恐惧感、焦虑感、悲观情绪、害怕术中疼痛),测量术前和入手术室后的血压和脉搏。结果:实验组恐惧感、焦虑感、悲观情绪发生比例低于对照组(P<0.05),对照组术后血压、脉搏升高幅度较大(P<0.05)。结论:合理而有效的护理方式可改善患者心理状态,促使手术的顺利进行。Objective：To investigate the preoperative mental state of laryngeal cancer patients and the impacts of psychological management. Methods： 48 laryngeal cancer patients were randomly divided into the experimental group and control group. Conventional care together with psychological care were performed on the experimental group,while only conventional care was given to the control group. Preoperative mental states including fear,anxiety and a sense of pessimism,fear of surgery pain were investigated;blood pressure and pulse rate were measured before and after the operation began. Results： Fear, anxiety and pessimism sense were less presented in the experimental group than in the control group （P 〈0.05） , Blood pressure and pulse rate of the control group increased a lot after operation （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： Appropriate psychological management can improve patient＇s psychological state and promote the smooth progress of surgery.
