摘 要:本文采用放射性免疫非平衡竞争法测定68例新生儿脐动脉血内皮素(endothelinET)的含量。其中正常新生儿组27例;胎儿异常组(脐带绕颈、宫内窘迫、二产程停滞、窒息儿)22例;孕母异常组(胎膜早破、妊高症、胎吸助产、子宫疤痕等)19例。结果显示:胎儿异常及孕母异常组与正常新生儿组比较,ET值明显增高(P<0.001),正常新生儿组ET值高于正常成人。本研究提示:新生儿脐血内皮素的测定,有助于反映分娩的不同情况,并为进一步探讨ET的病理基础及临床意义提供理论基础。Endothelin levels in umbilical blood were measured in 68 newborns, of which normal neonates (group 1)27Cases,neonates with abnormalities during fetal period 22 Cases (group 2), and neonates born to mother with pregnant complication 19 cases (group 3). Results showed that as compared with group 1, endothelin levels were significantly increased in group 2 and 3 (P<0.01 ), and that endothelin levels in normal neonates were higher than those in normal adults. These data suggested that abnormalities both in fetuses and pregnant women may cause an increase in circulating endothelin levels in the neonate.
