重症Rh血型不合溶血症的孕期治疗(附9例临床报告)

摘　　要：本文报道我院对9侧重症Rh血型不合溶血症孕妇行母体血浆置换术，其中4例同期静点冻干人血丙种球蛋白制剂──蓉生静丙治疗，全部活产。从胎儿水肿，胎盘水肿，新生儿出生情况和心、肝、肾及消化道合并症看，在孕期行血浆置换的同期给予静点蓉生静丙联合治疗能更好地改善胎儿和新生儿的溶血程度。9 csses of pregnancy women with serious hemolytic disease due to Rh blood group incompatility were performed the plasma exchange transfusion, 4 of them were intraveneoused the anti-immunty globulin at the same time, all were live birth. The results showed a significant advantage of combinating treatment than plasma exchange transfusion only: the anemia in fetus and placenta; the sympotems and signs of the newborn, and the complications of heart, liver, kidney, digest tube were improved. the hemolytic of fetuses and infants were improved.
