摘　　要：WS-Management规范是DMTF(Distribute Management Task Force)组织于2005年3月发布的一种基于SOAP协议的规范。WS-Management规范旨在通过Web Service的方式管理企业中服务器、设备和应用程序等等。结合WS-Management规范对wiseman项目进行介绍,wiseman是该规范的开源实现。然后给出一个利用wiseman和Windows平台的WMI(Windows Management Instrumen-tation)管理Windows资源的设计,并给出管理多实例资源的实现的开发流程。WS-Management specification is based on SOAP protocol and is published by DMTF （ Distribute Management Task Force） in March 2005. WS-Management specification aims at managing the servers, devices and applications in enterprises in the way of Web Service. This paper firstly introduces the wiseman project in conjunction with WS-Management specification, which is an open source implementation of the specification. Then, it gives out a design of using wiseman and WMI （ Windows Management Instrumentation ） on Windows platform to manage Windows resources. Furthermore, it describes the development process of achievement on managing resource with multiple instances based on this design.
