摘 要:目的观察和验证生物过滤器预防全身麻醉后医院下呼吸道感染的临床作用及其过滤微生物的效果。方法观察对比使用生物过滤器前后各1年内颅脑外科手术全身麻醉后医院下呼吸道感染的发生率和呼吸回路呼气吸气螺纹管内的细菌寄居情况。结果使用生物过滤器后医院下呼吸道感染发生率显著下降,呼吸回路螺纹管内几乎无细菌寄居。结论使用生物过滤器能有效地降低医院下呼吸道感染的发生率,并且能保护贵重的麻醉设备。OBJECTIVE To investigate the clinical effect of microbial filter used for preventing nosocomial lower respiratory tract infection and the efficiency as a bacterial filter was studied. METHOD We compared the rate of nosocomial lower respiratory trcat infection in neurosurgical patients with general anathesia before ard after the filter used, and its bacterial removal efficiercy. RESULT After the filter used, the rate of nosocomial lower respiratory tract infection is reduced obviously, and breathing circuit almost have no bacteria colonized. CONCLUSION The microbial filter can effectively control the nosocomial lower respiratory tract infection and protect the anesthetic apparatus.
