摘　　要：以服务学生为本的高校教育管理理念被越来越多的学校所认可。学校是学生成长的摇篮,学生是学校的未来。培养出高质量的学生是学校得以发展的基础。学生在社会上的地位较高进而为学校创造更好的知名度,学校才有更好的未来。以学生为本并不等于放纵学生,服务学生的本质涵义应该是为学生负责,不仅包括学生的现在也包括学生的未来,必须准确把握以学生为本的高校教育管理内涵。The student-oriented management idea of higher education has being acknowledged by more and more universities and colleges.School is the cradle for students’ growth,and student is schools’ future.It is the foundation for high education to cultivate student of high quality,and that student occupies higher status correspondingly do much more good to school’s fame.In this way school can own much better future.But student-oriented strategies is not indulgency.The nature of serving students is responsible for student,not only for their today but also for their future.It is very important to exactly master the conception of student-oriented management of higher education.
