摘  要:采用一缩二乙二醇改性甲基四氢邻苯二甲酸酐,在此基础上用改性酸酐增韧环氧树脂.用扫描电镜(SEM)、材料试验机、DMA等对固化产物的微观结构、力学性能和耐热性能进行了测试与表征.结果表明,当一缩二乙二醇与甲基四氢邻苯二甲酸酐的摩尔比为1:1.25时.制备的改性酸酐对环氧树脂具有明显的增韧效果.当改性酸酐的加入量为15%时,固化产物的增韧效果最佳,冲击断面呈现明显的韧窝状且力学性能和耐热性能基本保持不变.Toughening epoxy resin was synthesised based on the methyl-tetrahydrophalic anhydride modified by diethylene glycol. The microstructure, thermal property and mechanical properties of toughening epoxy resin were studied via SEM, DMA and mechanical properties testing. The results suggested that when the molar ratio between the diethylene glycol and methyl-tetrahydrophalic anhydride was 1.25 : 1, the resulted modified anhydride have the obvious toughed effect on epoxy resin. When the addition of modified anhydride was 15%, lots of dimples presented on the impacted surface and epoxy resin exhibited the best toughness, specially, its thermal property and mechanical properties unchanged.
