摘 要:研究了不同植物激素对新疆雪莲叶片愈伤组织诱导和分化的影响.结果表明:植物激素对新疆雪莲愈伤组织的诱导和分化影响显著,以MS为基本培养基附加浓度1.00mg·L^(-1)的6-BA和2.00 mg·L^(-1)的NAA组合为最佳诱导培养基,诱导率达100%;以MS为基本培养基附加浓度1.00 mg·L^(-1)的6-BA和0.20 mg·L^(-1)的NAA组合为最佳出芽培养基,出芽率达78%;以1/2MS为基本培养基附加浓度0.30 mg·L^(-1)的NAA和浓度0.03 mg·L^(-1)的KT为最佳生根培养基,生根率达54%.Using Saussurea involucrate leaves, the effect of callus induction and differentiation on MS medium with different plant hormones was studied on this paper. The resuits showed that callus induction and differentiation of leaves with different plant hormones have significantly statistical differences. The medium containing 1.00 mg · L^-1 6- BA and 2.00 mg · L^-1 NAA was the suitable medium for callus induction, the frequency of callus induction was 100% The medium containing 1.00 mg· L^-1 6-BA and 0.20 mg · L^-1 NAA was the suitable medium for differentiation, the frequency of callus differentiation was 78% Then the regenerated plants were rooted on 1/2MS medium containing0.03 mg· L^-1 6-BA and0.30 mg· L^-1 NAA and the rooting rate was 54%.
