摘  要:溶胶-凝胶法是制备有机无机杂化材料的有效途径,将其与紫外光固化技术结合,制备得到的杂化材料具有固化速率快、环保、适用于热敏感基材等优点,但也存在着残留水分子影响紫外光固化过程、有机无机网络形成速率不一致造成的体系不稳定等问题。文章综述了该类杂化材料的原理及其在耐磨材料、阻燃材料、光学增透膜等方面的应用,最后展望了其在多种功能材料上的潜在应用价值。With the advantages of fast curing rate, friendly environment and being suited for thermal sensitive substrate, this kind of hybrid material was prepared by UV curable technique and sol-gel process, which is one of the most efficient approaches for organic inorganic hybrid materials. However, there are problems existed, such as residual water influence UV curing process ; the different form rates of organic network and inorganic network cause unstability of the system ..- ect. The paper summarized the principle and application of this hybrid materials in abrasion resistant material, retardant material, and antireflective film as well as prospected the potentially applications for multi-functional materials.
