摘 要:研究采用条件估值法(CVM)对浙江宁波市区内河新河段两岸居民的水环境治理工程支付意愿进行了调查研究。并计算出水环境改善带来的经济效益。结果显示:居民的生态意识较强;对目前新河段水质状况非常关心;对地方政府在内河整治的努力给予了正面的评价;受访人群为治理水环境愿意支付的资金金额平均值上限为80.76元/户,对位于该河段周遍房产的支付愿意平均值上限为91.23元/m^2。通过统计学分析,受访人的受教育程度、职业类型和目前的居住面积是影响居民环境治理支付意愿的主要因素,而对周边房产的支付意愿有影响因素主要是家庭收入。In this study, the contingent valuation method (CVM) has been used to investigate the resident willingness to pay for the water environment control project in Xinhe, inland waterway in Ningbo, Zhejiang. The economic benefits obtained from water quality improvement were calculated. The results showed that the residents have a strong ecological consciousness for their habitat. They paid lots of attention to the water quality and they gave a positive evaluation for the local government remediation efforts in the inland waterway. An average of willingness to pay for the water environment control project by the residents was 80. 78 RMB/family and an average of 91.23 RMB/m^2 for the property increase near the river. The statistics showed that the educational levels, occupation and the current living area of the respondents were the major factors which affected willingness to pay of the environmental control. Meanwhile the family income of the respondents affected the willingness to pay on the surrounding properties of Xinhe mainly.
