摘 要:综述了藻类种群丰度的定量计算软件CHEMTAX(CHEMical TAXonomy)。CHEMTAX根据化学分类法,利用藻类中适当的生物标志物定量检测的结果来实现计算。 CHEMTAX比传统镜检方法更有效率而且对于后者难以计数的某些微型、微微型藻类,也能够检测对其进行定量。同时.就计算方法而言,CHEMTAX优于其他浮游藻类种群丰度的计算方法。在环境领域中,开创性的使用化学分类方法实现了对水体中大部分浮游藻类状况的可靠估计。We describe CHEMTAX for calculating the abundance and species composition of algal, which according to the phytoplankton chemotaxonomy by using the information collected from qualitative and quantitative analysis of suitable chemical marker compounds. CHEMTAX is more efficient and can be used whenever chemical maker exist, even the algae species are pico sized algae which traditional microscopy methods are inadequate. At the same time, CHEMTAX is better than other methods which are also used for estimating the class abundances of phytoplankton. It is able to provide morc reliable estimates of a wide range of phytoplankton class abundances in the ecological field.
