摘 要:文章对钢渣、炉灰、锅炉渣和天然土壤四种基质对磷的吸附效果进行了实验研究。结果表明钢渣对磷的吸附能力优于其它三种基质。其主要吸附特征表现为:在控制T=(25±1)℃,pH值为7.5条件下,处理相同浓度的含磷废水,钢渣投加量最小,反应时间最短。而且钢渣除磷的最佳pH值在7左右,最佳温度在25~30℃,适于南方地区生活污水特征。在废水中磷含量≤10mg/L时,经钢渣吸附处理,处理水剩余磷的浓度〈0.5mg/L,磷的去除率可达98.3%,低于《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918--2002)一级A标准。The respective effects of phosphorus absorption by four substrates, steel slag, stove ash, clinker and natural soil, are studied on the basis of experiment in this dissertation. The results indicate that the ability of phosphorus removal by steel slag is better than other three kinds of substrates. Its main features is that the accession quantity of steel slag is the least and the reaction time of steel slag is the shortest when handle same concentrations of phosphorus waste water, by controlling T=(25±1)℃, pH= 7.5. And the best condition of phosphorus removal by steel slag is pH is about 7 and temperature is in the 25-30℃, which is applicable for domestic waste water characteristic of southern areas. After the adsorption by steel slag, the phosphorus remnant of waste water is less than 0. 5mg/L and the rate of phosphorus removal by steel slag is 98.2% and it is below the first levelA criteria specified in the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Waste water Treatment Plant(GB 18918-2002) ,by controlling phosphorus of initial waste water is less than or equal to 10mg/L.
