摘　　要：新化学物质环境管理工作是我国环境保护的一项较新内容，加强我国的新化学物质管理意味着从源头上控制新的化学污染源的产生。对于我们认识和利用化学品的优点，控制和防范化学品的危害具有重要的分水岭作用。文章就新化学物质监管的必要性及战略构想进行了探讨，希望能够加强对新化学物质环境管理工作的理解与重视。New chemical substances environmental management is a new task of China＇s environmental protection, but strengthen new chemical substances environmental management means control the appearance of new chemical pollution from the source. Meanwhile it also acts an important watershed role for us to realize and utilize the advantage of chemicals, to control and prevent the harm of chemicals. The paper discusses the necessary and strategy program of new chemical substances inspection, hoping to strengthen more understanding and recognition on the work of new chemical substances environmental management.
