摘　　要：目的探讨社区管理治疗对农村重性精神疾病患者的效果和价值。方法对2005年5月—2008年4月前来我院门诊求治及住院的且符合686项目免费用药条件的189例农村重性精神疾病患者进行为期18个月的社区管理治疗,评估其干预前后暴力级别的变化情况,同时采用社会功能缺陷筛选量表(SDSS)评估其干预前后社会功能的变化情况。结果社区管理治疗18个月后,189例农村重性精神疾病患者的暴力级别降低,SDSS评分改善,与干预前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论社区管理治疗模式能有效减少农村重性精神疾病患者的暴力行为,改善其社会功能。Objective To study the effect and value of community mental health services （CMHS） to patients with severe psychiatric disease from rural areas. Methods Totally 189 rural patients with severe mental disease, form May 2005 to April 2008, were given CMHS for 18 months. And the levels of violence behavior and the scores of social rehabilitation of the patients by Social Disability Screening Schedule （SDSS） were assessed before and after the treatment. Results The violent behavior grade was decreased and the SDSS score was improved for all the 189 patients after the 18-month treatment, and with a significant difference （P〈0.01）.So there is significant difference between the social disability and of the 189 patients before the intervention and that of the patients after the intervention. Conclusion The community psychiatric service is effective to reduce violent behavior and to improve social functions of the patients.
