降钙素基因相关肽在Ⅱ型糖尿病合并视网膜病变中的变化

摘　　要：检测了Ⅱ型糖尿病合并视网膜病变和Ⅱ型糖尿病无视网膜病变两组病人的血浆中降钙素基因相关肽（calcitoningenerelatedpeptide，CGRP）和内皮素（endothelin，ET-1）的水平，结果显示：Ⅱ型糖尿病合并视网膜病变的病人，其血浆中CGRP明显下降，ET-1水平的改变虽有一定的升高但无统计学意义。结果提示：糖尿病病人血浆中CGRP的下降很可能是致糖尿病机网膜血管病变的因素之一。In order to study the pathogenesis of diabetics complicated with retinopathy,the plasma concentrations of calcitonin gene related peptide (CGRP) and endothelin (ET-1 ) in 30 cases of patients with type 2 DM alone, 30 cases of patients comp1icated with retinopathy and 34 cases of normal control were determined. The results showed that:①the concentrations of CGRP of simple type 2 DM group and DM complicated with retinopathy group were 1ower than that of control(P<0. 05 ); ②the concentration of CGRP of DM complicated with retinopathy group was significantly lower than that of simple type 2 DM group and that of control (both P <0. 05);③the concentration of ET-1 of simple DM group and DM complicated with retinopathy group were higher than that of control group. ET-1 was higher in DM complicated with retinopathy group than in simple DM group,but without statistical significance. These results suggested that the lowering of CGRP might be a factor in causing diabetic retinopathy.
