摘  要:建立艾司唑仑血药浓度的测定方法。使用反相高效液相色谱法,采用Herpesil ODS C18柱(250mm×4.0mm,5(m);流动相为甲醇-乙腈-水(40∶20∶40);流速为:1.0mL/m in;检测波长240nm。艾司唑仑的线性范围为50-1000ng/mL,r=0.9977,平均加样回收率96.41%。本法操作简单、准确,可以应用于临床监测艾司唑仑血药浓度。To develop a HPLC method for the quantitative determination of estazolam in plama. The residues were analyzed with a RP- HPLC system. Herpesil ODS C18 column (250mm ×4. 0mm, 5 (m) with the mobile phase consisted of methanol- acetonitrile- water (40: 20: 40). The flow rate was 1. 0mL/min and the detection wavelength was at 240nm. The calibration curve was proved to be linear in the range of 50 -1000ng/mL, r =0. 9977. The average recovery of estazolam was 96. 41% . The method provides a simple and accurate way for clinical monitoring of estazolam in plasma.
