重复肾积水伴同侧重复输尿管囊肿的超声诊断  

Ultrasonic Diagnosis of Duplex Kidney with Hydronephrosis and Ipsilateral Duplex Ureter with Ureterocele

摘　　要：目的探讨重复肾积水伴同侧重复输尿管囊肿的超声图像特点。方法应用超声对12例患者泌尿系进行扫查,对病变的超声特征进行观察与分析。结果重复肾积水一般发生在患侧肾的上极或上、侧方,表现为液性无回声区,呈椭圆形或不规则形,壁薄;下位肾体积偏小或正常大小,重复输尿管迂曲全程扩张。在膀胱三角区输尿管口的囊肿壁菲薄,并随着输尿管的蠕动呈周期性膨大与缩小。结论超声可对整个上尿路脏器全面扫查及实时观察,对重复肾积水伴同侧重复输尿管囊肿畸形的完整诊断有很大的价值。Objective To investigate the value of ultrasonic diagnosis of duplex kidney with hydronephrosis and ipsilateral duplex ureter with ureterocele. Methods Ultrasonic exam was performed in 12 patients＇ urinary system, and the ultrasonic features of the urinary system disease was observed and a retrospective analysis was conducted. Results The inspected cases were duplex kidney with hydronephrosis, on which fluid sonolueent area appeared on the upper pole or upper lateral of the affected kidney, and displayed ovalshape or irregular shape with thin wall. The size of the lower position kidney was smaller or normal, and tortuous ureteral duplication was distended wholly. Cyst with thin wall appeared on the low part of the trigonum vesieae or bladder neck, which swelled and shrank periodically with the uretera[ peristalsis. Conclusions Ultrasonography can make a full check and get real-time observation for the entire upper urinary system, which are of great value in diagnosis of duplex kidney with hydronephrosis and ipsilateral duplex ureter with ureterocele.
