北京地区6339例25～54岁已婚妇女宫颈癌认知度调查研究

摘　　要：目的了解北京地区已婚妇女宫颈癌认知程度及相关影响因素,为宫颈癌健康教育提供依据。方法采用多阶段整群抽样方法,抽取北京市区、近郊8个区、远郊4个区县6339例已婚妇女,对其宫颈癌的认知程度及相关影响因素进行问卷式调查。结果知道宫颈癌能够早期筛查诊断的为52.5%;认知度与年龄、文化程度、职业、户籍及经济条件有关,并存在统计学差异(P<0.01);知道宫颈癌能够早期筛查诊断的妇女中,通过广播、电视、报纸等了解的最多,占69.7%,通过医生咨询了解的占12.0%;宫颈癌发生的高危因素中,认为是宫颈糜烂引起的最多,为59.1%,认为是人乳头瘤病毒感染的仅为26.9%;知道和不知道宫颈癌能够早期筛查诊断的妇女宫颈病变的发病率间无统计学差异(χ2=3.97,P=0.41),认知度不同妇女高危型人乳头瘤病毒感染的发生率也无统计学差异(χ2=1.66,P=0.20)。结论北京地区已婚妇女对宫颈癌的认知程度偏低,其中对人乳头瘤病毒感染与宫颈癌的关系认识尤为不足。文化程度、经济条件影响妇女对宫颈癌的认知程度,应根据人员不同情况采取不同形式与渠道进行宫颈癌健康教育。Objective To investigate the knowledge of cervical cancer by 6339 married women living in Beijing, and to provide the basis for health education of cervical cancer. Methods With cluster and multi-stage sampling, 6339 women living in Beijing were analyzed by questionnaire about the information of cervical cancer. χ^2 test analysis were used by SPSS 11.5. Results The awareness rate of cervical cancer knowledge was low （52. 5% ）, and was associated with their age, education, occupation and their income. There was stastic significance （P 〈 0.01 ）. The sources of information mainly included broadcasts, television and newspapers, and the rate was 69.7%. 12. 0% of them got the information from the doctors. 59. 1% thought cervical erosion was the highest risk factor. Only 26. 9% knew HPV infection was the highest risk factor. There was no significant difference of morbidity and infection rate between the women who knew the knowledge of cervical cancer and did not know （χ^2 =1.66, P=0.20） （χ^2 =3.97, P=0.41）. Conclusion Married women in Beijing were lack of knowledge about cervical cancer and had high risk of HPV infection trend. So, it＇ s important to strengthen the health education to make women aware of the basic knowledge of cervical cancer and protective measures.
